At this time, there are an estimated 850 developed lots; 77% of buildout with approximately 15 homes under construction. AMENITIES Administration and Management The Association Security force staffs the main entry gate 24 hours per day and performs a 24-hour mobile patrol. In addition to the main gate, 2 electronically controlled, card actuated gates are located 2 miles and 5.5 miles respectively east of the main entry off State Route 193 to Georgetown.
